Besides, the space and all areas are available
for various functions which are entertainment and party for
ten to hundred people on the 25.5 x 33 meters strip of land.
This house proposed an L shaped plan that automatically enclosed
an open court inside and the step flooring. The linkages of
space provide flexibility of usage and livened up the internal
court with a swimming pool and a lawn.
The first floor plan is divided in three parts :
parking space and guest’s room in the front and the service
area with comfort zone at the back. The second floor also divided
in three parts; one bedroom in the front and two for the back
with are separated by a large hall for living with activities
and facilities for families. This room provide the families
with a view and sightseeing of resort, sea characteristic which
is infinity-edge swimming pool, tropical plants, lawn and array
of trees.
The architect concentrated in this public area as priority to
reflect the client’s life style. Party would be held in the
living area on the first floor and the extra space created by sliding
the glass doors flowing through the swimming pool and step-down
lawn area in case of being crowded.
The circulation brings you to a monumental wall with falling water
and dramatic night lighting design after dark.
